Will a real human reply?
Yes. Every contact note is read by one of the coaches, not a routing bot. You will see the coach’s name in the signature.

How fast is the reply?
One business day, in 96% of cases. Weekend notes are answered Monday morning CET.

Do you offer private 1-on-1 coaching?
Yes — outside of the courses. Drop a note and ask; we will introduce you to the coach who fits your level and goals.

Can I trial without a credit card?
Yes. The two-week trial runs without payment details. We only ask for them when you decide to continue.
